The Flash Board was born out of necessity. After training periods interrupted by travel and many climbing sessions compromised by a lack of good warm-ups, we knew we needed a solution.
The compact and cylindrical design of the Flash Board makes it lightweight, easy to carry, adjustable, and extremely resistant to rotation. Hang it on a pull-up bar, a solid tree, a bolt, or pull against the resistance of a solid object or your own foot!
It's a tool you can't do without, but don't put it in your carry-on luggage... TSA doesn't like that!
