Exchange and Refund Policy
Non-returnable Items
For security reasons, all certified personal protective equipment cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, harnesses, carabiners, quickdraws, belay devices, slings, ropes, protection, helmets, etc.
Return or Exchange Deadlines and Terms
- You have 30 days following receipt of your order to make a return or exchange, in-store or by mail.
- The initial delivery fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If returning an item makes your order ineligible for free shipping, the initial delivery fees (before discount) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Processing
Once the return is verified and deemed compliant, the amount will be credited to your initial payment method via Shopify by the store manager. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Return or Exchange Acceptance Conditions
The returned item must:
- Be in its original condition (unused)
- Have all its components (unaltered)
- Have been sold at regular price (not discounted)
- Be in its original packaging
- Have its original tags
- Have been sold in Canada
- Be clean (unwashed)
- Be accompanied by the invoice
The store reserves the right to refuse any return deemed non-compliant.
