Designed to build your finger strength on everything from simple 14 mm holds to the smallest holds on your projects, our Micros are the most versatile micro holdson the market. Each pack contains 3 pairs of holds, each with two sizes, for a total of 6 variations ranging from 14 mm down to a crazy 4 mm! Use them in pairs to train both arms, or stack them to train each arm with a single size. Machined from our industry-standard tulipwood for enhanced precision, each pair is inspected, matched, and packaged at our factory in the UK.
