How do I make a reservation?
Select the crash pad and dates that work for you from the calendar. Reservations must be made online. Your crash pad is reserved as soon as the transaction is complete.
OWhere do I pick up the crash pad?
To pick up your crash pad, come to the Pierre-Bertrand location on the day of your reservation. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Your reservation date corresponds to our hours of operation. If you’d like to climb very early or very late, you’ll need to book two days.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. However, our staff will make sure we have a credit card number on file in case of any issues. You’re allowed to get it a little dirty, but we ask that you take as good care of it as you would your own crash pad.
Can I cancel?
You cancancelyour reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your rental. If you cancel after that, you will not be refunded.
Can I rent a chalk bag? Or climbing shoes?
No. Climbing shoes and chalk bags are not included. However, we have a great, well-stocked shop atwhere you can buy them :)
