The Meteor helmet offers effective protection for climbing, mountaineering, and ski touring! Lightweight, compact, and featuring excellent ventilation, it is comfortable in every season. Its shape provides better coverage for enhanced head protection and has been specially designed to be worn with ski goggles. In addition, the Meteor is the first CE-certified helmet for ski touring (please note that this helmet does not meet the requirements of EN 1077 for alpine ski helmets).

Lightweight, low-profile, and ventilated helmet

• Size S/M weighs only 225 g and size M/L only 240 g.
• Streamlined design achieved through In-Mold construction with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam liner injected into a lightweight polycarbonate shell.
• Large openings provide excellent airflow.

Enhanced protection

• Designed in accordance with Petzl's TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION standard.
• Designed for optimal protection against side, front, and rear impacts.

Suitable for ski touring

• CE-certified ski touring helmet.
• Optimal ventilation on the ascent as well as on the descent; the helmet can be worn comfortably from the start to the end of an outing.
• The front of the helmet is specifically designed to be used with ski goggles.
• The rear elastic band is compatible with ski goggle straps.
• The semi-rigid headband can be adjusted easily, even while wearing gloves.
• Two front clips and a rear elastic band for attaching a headlamp to the helmet.
