Designed to enhance the strength of your fingers from simple 14 mm holds to the smallest holds on your projects, our Micros are the most versatile micro holds on the market. Each pack contains 3 pairs of holds, each with two sizes, totaling 6 variations from 14 mm to the crazy 4 mm! Double them up to train both arms, or stack them and train each arm in a unique size. Machined from our industry-standard tulipwood for increased tolerance, each pair is checked, matched, and packaged from the factory in the UK.
