The Lattice Mini Bar portable hold lets you use it on the wall or practice on the move using a variety of different edge sizes. The portable Mini Bar features Lattice’s standard 20 mm edge, as well as a 10 mm edge for micro-edge training and a warm-up jug (or mini pinch) for open-hand training. An easy-to-use adjustment system lets you quickly switch between the different holds and adjust the angle to increase or decrease the difficulty of each hold. It can be hung from a carabiner and used as a hold or with a resistance band, weights, or your climbing shoe. Made from skin-friendly tulipwood for a comfortable training experience.
