How to book?
Choose the crash pad and the dates that suit you from the calendar. The reservation must absolutely be made online. Your crash pad is reserved as soon as the transaction is completed.
Wheredo I pick up the crash pad?
To pick up your crash pad, go to the Pierre-Bertrand branch on the day of your reservation. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and 8am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday.
The reservation day corresponds to our opening hours. If you want to climb very early or very late, you will need to book 2 days.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. On the other hand, our employees will make sure that we have a credit card number on your file in the event of a problem. You're allowed to put some muck on it, but you're asked to be as careful as if it were your own crash pad.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your rental. If you cancel before the date, you will not be refunded
Can I rent a puff bag? Slippers?
No. Slippers and chalk bag are not included. On the other hand, we have a nice well-stocked shop where you can get some :)
