The G5 Evo ice boot from La Sportiva is designed for high-altitude mountaineering, ice climbing, and cold environments. It keeps your feet noticeably warmer than traditional insulation materials without increasing the volume, weight, or restricting the boot's mobility.

Ultra-technical and water-repellent, it is quick and easy to put on thanks to the lacing with the BOA® Fit system placed outside the gaiter, allowing for a secure closure even with gloves, without the need to open the zipper.

The Velcro Power Strap on the upper part of the shell ensures a secure and precise closure and, combined with the adjustable collar, prevents snow and ice from entering. Like all products in La Sportiva's high mountain range, the G5 Evo is equipped with quick-drying materials promoting prolonged use.

Maximum protection against atmospheric agents is ensured by the water-repellent gaiter with thermowelded zipper and internal thermo-glue thanks to the innovative UltraSonic Welding technology, allowing the materials to be joined without seams, thus increasing water resistance.

Volumes and weights minimized: the perimeter protection is in super light and abrasion-resistant PU TechLite™, while the midsole uses a 3 mm carbon insulating honeycomb technology. The thermal properties are enhanced by the GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ THERMIUM™ insulation technology that wraps the shell at the front, including the midsole.
